Files are usually sent in lower resolution, sufficient for quality display on the screen, or if it is a website, by sending links to our domain with all functions to provide you with a detailed insight into the work in progress.

Regarding the payment method, the practice we mostly apply is to charge a deposit of 50% before starting the work, and the remaining part after delivery. We rely on mutual trust and believe that our clients will fulfill their obligation regarding the payment after taking over the digital content.

The second option we also offer is sending final files through the well-established platform SendOwl, where the platform mediates in the payment process and after the payment redirects digital files. SendOwl is a well-known global platform that supports various payment methods, including PayPal, ApplePay and others, ensuring transaction security and protecting both parties.
